Refund policy.

If you request a refund within seven calendar days of your cohort start date, we issue a full refund — no questions, no paperwork beyond the request itself. Funds typically reach your card or bank within 5–7 business days.

After the 7-day window, refunds are pro-rated based on the proportion of the cohort that's already been delivered. For example, if you request a refund 30% of the way through a cohort, you receive 70% of the fee back. We don't charge administrative fees on pro-rated refunds.

If you're on a no-cost EMI through our financing partner, refunds settle the outstanding principal directly with the lender. You may still owe interest on instalments already deducted by your bank — we'll always show this clearly before you confirm a refund.

• Once you've received a course completion certificate or a written placement referral, the engagement is considered delivered.
• Third-party costs we've already passed through on your behalf (e.g. exam vouchers, paid cloud credits) cannot be refunded once consumed.
