“We” or “Raj Cloud” refers to Raj Cloud Technologies Pvt. Ltd., registered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. You can reach our privacy team at privacy@rajcloud.in.

• Account data — name, email, optional phone, and the avatar you upload.
• Coursework — submissions, code reviews, and progress through the curriculum.
• Placement data — only when you opt in: resume, target roles, and outcomes.
• Operational logs — minimally what you'd expect (IP, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.

Strictly for delivering the course you enrolled in, supporting placements you opt into, and operating the platform. We don't sell your data and we don't use it for third-party advertising. We use aggregated, anonymised metrics to improve curricula.

We share information with hiring partners only when you share your profile with them through the platform. Sub-processors that power core infrastructure — for example Supabase (database/auth), Vercel (hosting), and Razorpay (payments) — receive the minimum necessary data under contract. A current list is available on request.

You can access, export, correct, or delete your account data at any time from your dashboard, or by writing to privacy@rajcloud.in. We respond within seven business days. Where applicable (e.g. under DPDP Act 2023 or GDPR), you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We retain account data as long as your account is active. Coursework records are retained for two years after course completion to support credential verification and refund policy enforcement. Operational logs are rotated within 90 days.

We'll publish material changes at least 14 days before they take effect, with a summary at the top of this page and a notice via email if you have an account.
